Ignite 360 began in 2011 when founder Rob Volpe saw few research firms providing deep, contextualized, close-to-the-consumer insights to help brands innovate with confidence.

We also blazed the path as one of the industry's first remote working environments – a virtual company that delivers the tools for success right to your door.
