“How do I build an empathy program that develops skills while keeping my brand team focused on their workstreams?” is a question we get asked a lot. It was one of the challenges that Kelli Davis, Head of Insights and Strategy, Juice+ Beverage Sector at PepsiCo came to us with in late 2019.
One year later, the ‘fruits’ of the collaboration resulted in better intuition that is helping refine and enhance brand positioning; sharpening innovation concepts headed into testing and tightening the ways in on brand strategy.
